You shmucks. Even if you're not into the whole live-stoner-jam-band "thing" in general, (I don't get that much of a boner over it, myself) American Beauty is a damn fine album. Were you the ones who were on here dissing Bob Dylan a while back, too? I suppose the next thing you'll be telling us is that you don't like Neil Young either...

That probably would be me, yes. Come visit one day. I'll show you the positive feedback loops The Grateful Dead set up in my system. Last time someone subjected me to them for any length of time, I put a microwave through a wall; that was 11 years ago.
As for Dylan & Young, my takes on them are this: they are EXCELLENT songwriters. Fabulous. I love their work. HOWEVER...I ABHOR the sounds of their voices; again, "Urge to kill....RISING." Whenever I hear a Dylan or Young song covered by someone else, I love it. So, to recap: great work, should never perform it.
There are some things that are just BAD, though. Like...Fall Out Boy.
