You know I tried to getting into Starcraft, but I found it too frustrating. Mainly because no matter how hard I tried some levels were just too hard. Yep Persistance doesn't always pay off.

Well, on a slightly related note, and offered as evidence that maybe you should give the best game ever a second chance, I found Brood War, the expansion, impossibly hard at first, and then when I reinstalled a year or three later it was not so bad. I've taken this as proof that instead of practice, what I really need to do to get better at things is completely ignore them.

Plus the multiplayer is orders of magnitude better than the single player campaigns.

The last mission, "Omega" in Brood Wars is the hardest mission in an RTS EVER.
Starcraft rules, one of my all time favorites. Still use my original discs.

Mine wore out after a year; I didn't get these things called "cases" back then. Repeatedly copied them, and copied the copies, until this Christmas when I bought myself another set
I actually never beat Brood Wars, and I still have horrific trouble on the last mission of the Zerg and Protoss campaigns in the original StarCraft. I play online pretty much every day though.

Nice Blog Snay, how did enjoy the last episode of the Sopranos last night? A lot of people are complaining about it.
