I run a competitive award system known as the FINAL FRONTIER AWARD, and only recently a SIM site was submitted for review. Every site that is submitted undergoes an extensive evaluation leading ultimately to the final decision of giving the award or not. More information on the FFA can be found at:

I need three educated opinions and crticial examinations of the SIM site from people who thoroughly understands the nature of sim sites and the work that is behind such an endeavor.
