The way I see it is this: - Plain sight exemption, like someone would have spotted it from a low flying aircraft or something like that. - Google Earth uses rather outdated photos, the airport in Toronto is still being shown as under construction even though it was finished in 2006. With that in mind, the morons running the dope farm could have moved the dope to a different farm so that when the police finally arrive, no dope to bust....

You do know that the government acknowledged this base several years ago, right? But I did find it interesting that there are a couple of the "Janet" aircraft on the tarmac in the Google Maps pic.
