I want to wish all the regulars & staff of Sci-Fi Flare a safe & wonderful holiday... unless you're travelling through Atlanta. your fucked then.
regardless, lets hope for better times ahead. less war, less stupid. Hopefully Pat Roberson or Glen Beck will finally pass something other than shit out thier hateful mouthes.
Anyway, Merry Christmas. It's rather chilly but it's wonderful to home again...

After another "holiday" season working at the mall (a job I adore 11 months of the year), my favorite Xmas carol is Eric Idle's "Fuck Christmas."

Ugh,I can't even stand to walk through the mall for an hour during xmas music season, but to be stuck hearing it all day long would drive me absolutely bonkers.
Oh well, spent xmas at the cabin this year, got to do a little sledding (1100cc snowmobile can and will do a wheelie if your not careful...) and I got to see some wildlife, the deer are getting pretty tame, they'll walk right up to you, even the little ones aren't afraid.
And now it's boxing day and I just picked up Fallout: New Vegas so I'll give that a whirl.

A bit late to the party, but happy Festivus everyone.
I actually adore Christmas music, and I am sad to see it go. Made out pretty well on the giftage front, though after yet another year of being single for the holidays, I think I have a new New Year's resolution...
