If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

It's a nice plane, but I like the first prototype better.
BTW: My all time favourite is still the YF-23. Much better looking, and as agile as the F-22, but without the use of trust vectoring.

Oh, we're so sorry Altair, but your answer is incorrect!

The YF-23 wasn't as agile as the YF-22, but it was more stealthy. One of the concessions to stealth (and partly as a cost- and weight-saving measure) the YF-23 did not have thrust vectoring. While at least as maneuverable and agile as the smaller F-15, the YF-23 was not as agile as the YF-22. This was one of the deciding factors that prompted the AF to order it's rival.

As far as how the plane looks, I think "Black Widow II" was an appropriate moniker. It's a "prettier" plane than the F-22, but pretty doesn't shoot down enemy planes.
