Yes, it was. Although that's the original version, (that the survey was actually done by a concerned person trying to make a point), it got blown up by the wacko right-wing fringe into tales of imminent takeover.

Not to come over all Mr Topic (ewww), but I don't think that's ever been the argument. The arguments normally seem to settle around interpreting the constitutional rights, the various ammendments, and so forth. Possibly. I tend to sleep through most of it.
