I never knew they did job interviews on the phone...all 2 of mine were in person. Although it sounds like they may suck, I hope I can snag a couple when I do the serious job hunting. I'm going to be looking for a job some 300 miles (5 hours)north of me. And I'd like to have the job before moving...and without dragging my little car up there as much as possible. If possible.
