I exagerrated, sir. I refer to the phenomenon of, for example, a person claiming he knows the direction to some place if someone asks (he doesn't), because it would be bad not to know, and the other person is considered rude for asking about something the first person may not know.
Like I said before, how did the chinese government react when the first signs of SARS spreading became known? Total lock-down while hoping that no one would ask about it, so it didn't become known that there was something the government didn't have control over. As a result, tens or hundreds of people died where less might've died had the proper things been done early.
I say the mushroom-cloud is the result of an asteroid, and the koreans are salvaging the space-metal spilled out from it, to fashion indestructible tanks.
