Wouldn't it be nice if THEY ranked you on your level of paranoia and are out to get you based on that level? Paranoia isn't all about THEM you know. It's also the feeling that your friends have an ulterior motive for being your friend, and they talk about you behind your back constantly. It's also a general distrust of human nature and all human contact.
