How long do you think that will keep him from coming back? In my experience, trolls will waste just as much time circumventing bans as they do posting their garbage.
Now if someone were to take the time to find out where he lives I'd take the time to pay him a visit and make sure he never uses a computer again. Maybe a paper shredder for his tiny little fingers and an IRA style kneecap just for fun.
