Okay, this is my first trip to the Flameboards, [I usually avoid them because I'm not a fan of negativity.]
But now...I'm pissed. I live in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. It's a city of about 35,000. I moved here recently from Ottawa, where I watched Star Trek: Voyager and Stargate SG-1 in solitude in my humble abode. I move here, and discover that Stargate doesn't air here. So I break something. But I can live with it, I've still got Voyager, right? Well, now it seems that the local channel that USED to show Voyager is now showing some $()#(*^@*&^#(*&@^($(%%( self-help show about 'homosexuality in today's society'. What the hell? I'm sure the three gay people in our city will be happy now, but they could of re-arranged things differently. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *I'm afraid to vent like I usually do - by playing guitar, because I'm afraid I'll destroy something*

Too bad you don't get ASN. I think ITV from Edmonton shows Voyager, too. As it is, I catch Voyager on either UPN or ASN. But, I'm geting really pissed with UPN because they'd rather air a f***ing hockey game than their highest-rated show *fumes*

Last time I was out west, ITV did show Voyager, but that was a little while ago.

ITV Edmonton does indeed show Voyager and SG-1... of course, there's the small matter of me not getting ITV because of the cable company's dandy idea of sticking it into a pricier cable package.
KAYU (Fox from Spokane) shows VGR and DS9, I think... of course, there's the small matter of me not getting KAYU because, guess what, the cable company's dandy idea of sticking it into a pricier cable package.
CISA Lethbridge (and Calgary 7 as well?) show SG-1 and DS9, but no VGR, IIRC.

Well, speaking of Smite, I recently found something while going through a list of US Escort Carriers. One of these carriers, the USS Vermillion (AVG-/ACV-/CVE-52), a Bogue class escort carrier, was sold to the Royal Navy and became the HMS Smiter (D-55/R-321). Nice name for a ship, eh?

Heh. Move to B.C. We've got all the best TV as far as Trek goes. Get this: We have TOS, TAS (The Animated Series for those not in the know), TNG, DS9, and VOY all playing consistently on various channels. KVOS and UPN both play new Voyager episodes every Wednesday. KCPQ (Seattle's Q13-FOX) plays Voyager reruns every weekday, and some cartoon channel plays TAS regularly (I don't watch it.) Various other channels play TNG and DS9 reruns, and SPC plays TOS reruns. Oh...I love this city. *immersed in trek* Oh, did I mention that we're one of the first people to see VOY on Wednesdays? Yup. UPN plays the new Voyager at 9:00pm PDT......but KVOS plays it at 8:00pm PDT. *L*

ITV doesn't show Voyager. I know what you mean Ultra Magnus. I live in Prince Albert, Sask. and the only channel I got that had Voyager was ITV. They showed Equinox Pt. 1, then the next week, instead of summer reruns, they were putting on Hollywood Squares. I checked with the station over their web site, and they said Voyager was now on another Edmonton stations. It is called the A Channel. We can get the A Channel, bet we would have to get a satellite dish. Star Choice gets it and from what I have read it would actually be a few dollars cheaper a month. I have not seen anything past Equinox pt. 1 and I only saw the first half of that episode. I can see reruns of the first season on WUHF Fox 31, but that is first season Voyager. Anyway, I know how you feel, Ultra Magnus, that burning desire to smash everything.

I've seen up to Equinox, Pt 1, also. And, I am also considering getting a StarChoice thang, I just need to convince my parents. Although, It may be easy, considering they're offering a free-installation dealie up here. So, here's hoping.
