But in fact this will be the only chance you get to see it, because it's not going to be used. Despite being (I'm assured by everyone) at least marginally better than what we've got at the moment.
Instead, it's been rejected (without telling me as such, naturally) in favour of something the IT Director can actually take credit for, namely getting quotes from companies to do it. Like he's been doing for the past year. And doing nothing else about it.
Enjoy.

Oh, it gets better. Everyone's Internet Explorer defaults to our developmental Intranet page. But today the same twat who's been causing the gruef comes rushing in and announces they shouldn't have access ot the Intranet yet. He wants us to go round and stop everyone's IE pointing to the page. Bugger that, we think, and replace the whole caboodle with a single "Under Construction" page I whipped up using MY design concept.

Even if they insist on keeping the lavender bathroom perfume color or whatever it is supposed to represent, it could be modified by decreasing the saturation in HLS or taking away some red and blue. Screen colors are often much more obtrusive than the matching print colors. Anyway, your design and color is much better, in fact it looks professional in contrast to the old one. Professional, this is what a law office is supposed to look like in the first place, isn't it?

Yes, well, if you mention the word 'professional' to this lot they'll look blank and ask what TV shows about a branch of governmenty called CI5 have to do with anything. . . 8)
The blue/gray on my page is the best representation I can get of the blues and grays they use onleaflets and stationery. Only not as crap.
