Well, it's more the fault of the Florida legislature because it's within their perview to have a statewide single voting system and they haven't one.
So, lay fault where it belongs and not with people seeking redress with court system.
And by the way, when one speaks of a supreme court it should be Court.

I'll take everything from Pensacola to...Ft. Walton Beach/Navarre Beach. Oh and I forgot. I'll take the Florida Space Coast. Which part do you want?
And if you don't want a piece of Florida, well either give it to Cuba or sink the rest.
Florida is the index finger of the United States. It points out towards the horizon, the future. It calls us towards our destinies. It points out the foolish and the weak for us to laugh at, and in doing so manage to forget for a time our own woeful inadequacies.
Florida is the throbbing member of North America. It plunges into the sea and inseminates the entire world with our culture and our films starring Will Smith.
Florida is a land of swamps and alligators and Disney. A land where age sits, rubbing its arms and complaining about the weather, the government, the kids these days and their spandex and peer to peer file sharing systems. A land where golf is played, and rockets launched, where lives begin and end.
We are all going to Florida, someday. Our future is waiting.
