The U.S. Department of Defense wants your help.
Two questions:
1.) What does this mean?
2.) Assuming you were to craft your own proposal, what would it consist of? Remember that, in theory, these have to be things that could actually be done without plunging the world into a new dark age or draining the entire power output of the sun. So no "turn 3/4 of the world into radioactive dust" or "activate Countermeasure and remap Zones" plan.
I don't think this necessarily has to be a Flameboard thread, but I'm putting it here out of an overdeveloped sense of caution.
