Now that Ashcroft has issued another warning that another attack could take place this week, we are wondering... Is it realy credible? Look at the last one. It's like the "Boy Who Cried Wolf."

But what happens when the wolf really shows up... Naw, we're being tested. They are watching us scurry about, planning the next move around the new defenses. Maybe figuring out where the leaks in their networks are. It's only a matter of time.

The government might be overreacting, but then again they're stuck between a rock and the proverbial hard place. If they don't publicize a warning and some terrorist act does occur, then the government will catch so much crap. Imagine the recriminations! On the other hand, too many false alarms will dull peoples' senses and make them complacent about future warnings. I guess the powers that be will just have to play each incident on a case by case basis and do what they think is best.
