Yes, I got the joke. But you misspelled it. "Wiener" comes from "Wien", the German name for Vienna. Hence, if we were wieners, we could be Wieners, people from Vienna. But you said "weiners". "Wein" is the German word for wine, meaning that "weiner" could quite easily be construed to mean "wino".

At least Frank understood it... *L*
