I did actually have an alarm clock that had the Enterprise 1701 on it. It said "Landing party to Enterprise, beam us up Scotty." And then made a really, really loud transporter noise.
In my defense, it was given to me as a present. And, after a year, I broke it by hitting it really, really hard. It was evil.
