I'm not a regular participant in these competitions, but I was watching the new TWOK DVD a few days ago, and I realized that the following scene was just begging to be re-translated. You know the one, where Saavik is talking (in Vulcan) about Kirk being so "Human."

Saavik: What is there to know about the human ego? It merely is an appendage of emotions.
Spock: It is a driving force for people to do bold things. It makes smart cowards and brave idots of the species. And the admiral has the biggest of them all.
Saavik: How do you know?
Spock: Look at his trousers Lt... that bulge is how the admiral measures his ego... and wins.

Spock: Your analysis is correct, Savikkam. His butt does indeed look big in that.

Saavik and Spock watch in amazement as Kirk gives Sulu a great big snog.
-------------------- Yes, you're despicable, and... and picable... and... and you're definitely, definitely despicable. How a person can get so despicable in one lifetime is beyond me. It isn't as though I haven't met a lot of people. Goodness knows it isn't that. It isn't just that... it isn't... it's... it's despicable.

Spock: "I did not believe that action was anatomically possible."
Saavik: "I'm guessing he shouldn't have called Mr. Sulu 'Tiny.'"

Saavik: Look, he is having sex with a man.
Spock: It is unexpected, Saavikam.

Savvik: I still do not understand the logic of that sign.
Spock: It is quite easy, Savvik. In case of hostile boarding parties, all of the signs on the ship have been intentionally mislabeled to confuse them. Thus, we are in Torpedo Bay Four of a ship with two torpedo bays.
