IIRC, while Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back had a Scream tie-in sequence, I believe that was just "payback" for a cameo role in Scream 3. However, JaSBSB would have been the obvious (wrong) answer...hence why Spike wanted someone to guess it.

I would have said it was Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, but only because I've seen neither it, nor Scream 3, and I knew it wasn't any of the first four Kevin Smith films.
