Do any of you have it? It's an MP3 player...pretty cool.

My only problem is, it sucks up alot of the processor power, or whatever, and it really slows down my comp. And, the sound is choppy.

I tried resetting the priorities as the official FAQ suggested, but that didn't work.

My cousin has the same model computer as me, the same HD space, but half the RAM as my computer, and his Sonique works fine.

What can I do to fix this?

assuming this is version 1.00.3
it shouldn't be too noticeably different from Winamp or Kjofol.
You could change the Stardust settings to Best performance and fiddle with the priority.

I have been having some problems with my audio and CD-ROM for a while now. I get nasty interference from my speakers (Altec Lansing Satellites) when I play a music CD. You posted another message about a CD Device error, and this leads me to believe you have something wrong with your sound card. As far as it lagging your resources, it may be that it isn't using the proper IRQ's (see [Control Panel] > [System]).

Check your manufacturer's website for driver updates. Even if the warranty is out, they still should have updates available (at least, HP does).

I would also reccommend using Windows Media Player for any MPEG file.

Hope this helps!

(And that, gentlemen, is why PC's suck)
