Looks like Photoshop. Multiple layers with the opacity low.
If you ever make another one, try keeping it as a jpg, the image quality will be better.
All that hard work and you forgot Martok and Ross, and the Defiant!

OK Hobbes, your answers. Its Paint Shop Pro. the image quality turns out WORSE as a JPG on the web, you'll know what I mean? I still have the original also, some of the pics are 'grainy' cause they are screen grabs,(from like Alidar Jarok's and Saba's Site) not 'published' pictures i.e from the ST site or from books. - so I have no control over THAT. I was going to put Martok, Keiko, Molly, Leeta and Co. in - but It was getting TOO crowded. - next time.
This was only done on the fly.
same goes for defiant. besides its sticking the defiant in the background with a WELL known picture such as the station/runabout pic - well would suck. (doing in sucha short time! I've already done a few ship collages... there's a Defiant in them - don't worry

Hobbes, also thanks for that URL, there is some nice work there, and it has given me some new ideas i.e. how to tackle a few problems - I like his crisp pictures.
I also have done a Dax memorial done at the end of Season Six...
