Author Topic: What is the Best Voyager episode.

It's been around for 7 short years. (It seemed like yesterday when I still lived in Wisconsin watching the very first airing of the pilot for Star Trek: Voyager) There is now only 4 episodes left to go before Star Trek: Voyager is gone forever. Even though Berman & Braga tried thier best to destroy Star Trek: Voyager, Voyager nonetheless slipped by with at least a few good episodes. Much to Berman & Braga's dismay. They tried. Man, how they tried. Anyways, the question MUST be asked. Which episode do you nominate to be the BEST Voyager episode ever? You can wait untill the last 4 episodes are aired, but if you feel that there is an episode that CANNOT be beaten, then by all means post. Also, which season of Voyager do you feel to be the best ever?

I'm waiting for this to get steel-toed into the Voyager forum...

I started a "favorites" thread, so I guess I'll respond to this one:

"Timeless" was really good.
"Equinox, parts 1 and 2"

I thought the whole first and second seasons had some great qualities with the mini story arcs and recurring characters. I wish the whole series would've gone with that feel.

I know there are other individual episodes that I really liked, but I'll have to go back through my tapes first.

I'd really like to know whatever happened to that gothic romance holo-novel that Janeway was running in the first season....

This should be in the Voyager forum.

*Moves it*

Oh, wait, I can't do that, can I. Sorry.

Although if anyone wants to start bashing either Berman or Braga, could you start another thread. Or, better yet, read all the countless arguements we've had about it?

I'd just like to point out that TSN's supreme executive power derives from a farcical aquatic ceremony, and NOT as a mandate from the masses.

"Hope and Fear." Don't know why, just love it.

"Living Witness". The ending surprised me, and it was good drama.

McNeil's favorite was Threshhold because he was in it the most. My guess is he's not really a Star Trek fan or he would see the episode made very little sense.

I'd go for "Timeless" or "Message in a Bottle".

I'm sorry. I don't think any of Voyager's episodes are any good to rate as a favourite of mine.

The point is not about the best episode in Star Trek, but the best in comparison to other Voyager episodes.

Come on, I know Voyager is not the best series, but it definetely has some great episodes - though not many, that at least is true.
