Every single allied ship that he has been on has been destroyed.

He has developed Commander Chakota shuttle syndrome, a terminal disease with no known cure.

It's just Worf's attitude to war isn't it, I mean he'll accept death because apparently every day is a good day to die. Death and destruction is part of who he is, even when he's not at war:

There was the runabout that Ezri used to search for Worf with. And the Enterprise-E was partially assimilated, so that's close enough
