Well, it's actually "Thot Gor", but I don't know who the actor was. He isn't listed at startrek.com, so he may not even be credited. If he was, it was probably at the edn of the episodes. Anyone got the tapes to check?

I doubt he was credited at all. It probably wasn't even the same guy in all the eps, just whoever was available that was the right size. He didn't really even have any speaking parts. He just nodded his head and the sound guys put in the Speak and Spell effects later. Or his helmet actually made the sounds during the take.

None of the Breen were listed in the end credits, for the very reason that the end co-star credits are for actors who said something but were restricted to only a few lines.

Holy paycheck! I hadn't thought of that before...the Breen would make perfect villians for a series though, wouldn't they? From the production aspect, I mean. Without any lines, all the actors would get whatever the minimum wage for nonspeaking roles is. Hmm.
