In one of the final episodes of DS9, Bashir and O'Brien are trying to get access to some of Odo's medical records from Starfleet Medical. The man tells Bashir that to gain access to such files requires a certain clearance level. Bashir didn't have it, but Sisko did, so he was able to get the records through Sisko. Does anyone happen to remember specifically what clearance it was? I'm think either kappa or epsilon something-or-'nother, but I can't remember for sure. Any help would be much appreciated.
