I don't remember the title, but the episode goes as follows: due to a bit of original programming in Bashir's holosuite program of Vic's Bar, the bar is bought out by holo-mobs. The crew doesn't like this as it would mean changes to the bar and the lifestyle in it. They try many ways to get rid of the mobs including rebooting the program but all the attempts fail. After consulting the original programmer, they find out they must rob the bar (now turned casino) in order to get the bar back and continue on.
Well that's how I remember it.
