The patch is an actual NASA patch worn by astronauts in 1996 on shuttle Columbia OV-102 . The 'flying saucer' is an experiment conducted by NASA.

The image is from NASA alright, but what is with the saucer flying through that ring to what could be the ISS???

Are they now letting it slip that aliens are really visiting us with the use of a B5 like jump gate????
