I'm looking for two graphics that I haven't been able to find on the net anywhere:
The Charybdis mission Okudagram from "The Royale" (TNG) seen in Star Trek: The Continuing Mission. (The one that mentions the follow-up mission "Jacob.") IIRC it's a pretty small pic, so a good resolution scan is appreciated.
The Enterprise-B MSD from the Star Trek: The Next Generation Movie Sketchbook, as seen in Star Trek Generations. I know Bernd has a version of this on his site, but I have heard repeated claims that it has been altered, since the original graphic supposedly shows shuttlebays where the additional impulse modules are. Again, good resolution is appreciated.
And then, of course, if Dukkie would ever get around to scanning that TMP pic for me...
Thanks, -MMoM

So, you want the original, incorrect E-B diagram? I thought I had it, but all I have is the corrected one, done by Adam Heinbuch I think. But you're right, it did indeed show shuttlebays in the place of impulse engines, it's not a myth.

Shuttlebays were the original design of the two 'pods' at the aft end of the Ent-B saucer. They got changed to extra impulse engines halfway through preproduction and strangely somehow on the cutaway, the side view shows them as shuttlebays yet on the same diagram, the top view labels them as impulse engines. The most disappointing thing is that Sulu's line about the deck 15 Kirk was on that blew out into space, was unfortunately in the Ent-B neck somewhere, not anywhere's near the deflector.
MMoM: The diagram in the Gen/FC Sketchbook of the cutaway is sprawled across two pages, so there'd be a huge crease in the middle of the bend. There's a smaller but single page diagram in the History in Pictures 2nd Ed.
Also, I have a scan of the Charybdis graphic in black and white. Would that be satisfactory? The original is in color, but I don't scan color when I'm making my Illustrator Okudagrams.

I suppose a B&W scan would do (though I'd prefer color) just so long as I've got a copy of the okudagram on file when I finally get to writing the pre-Federation section of my shiplist.
Any legible/discernable version of the E-B cutaway is fine so long as it's the original from the film. (And again, I'd prefer it to be in color, but if B&W is all that's available then that's better than nothing.)

I don't have the facilities to scan it, but I have the Sketchbook with the E-B cutaway. It clearly labels the aft saucer constructs as shuttlebays, and the MSD reflects this.

My Sketchbook already lies in pieces (and that's because I tried to look at the E-B MSD.. the book just fell apart ). So I could scan the full size thing tomorrow or something.
Are you sure that Charybdis diagram isn't somewhere? I could scan that too, if it isn't too risky for the book.

Charybdis diagram? I know of no such thing, aside from the good Reverend's enticingly convincing counterfeit a while back. I'm looking for the original of this display that SoundEffect re-drew.
And your scans would indeed be greatly appreciated.

Here's a 5 MB ZIP of the scanned BMPs. They're huge, but I don't have the time to photoshop them together to one image, or to adjust the colors. Have fun with it
Alternatively, here are two JPEGs of a smaller size and thus a lower quality. entb1.jpg entb2.jpg

MMoM: I did scan the TMP pics & emailed them to you, unless I mistyped your email address. Did you not get them?

I have two e-mail addresses; the one in my profile ([email protected]) and the one I use for more regular stuff ([email protected]). I've been checking both of them regularly.

I thought your email address was [email protected]. Huh. Anyway, I'll resend them using one of those other addresses.

I used to have the address braindude64@hotmail, but I haven't used it for nearly a year. When I changed it, I sent a notification to everyone in my address book. I guess you weren't in there at the time. Sorry 'bout that...
Rev: Thanks muchly! Bernd was going to do the same thing for me, but you beat him to the punch!

P.S. Is anyone going to post a scan of the Charybdis okudagram?

Damn. But you have to take into account that I'm sort of disabled, as I have to use floppy disks to transfer forth and back files from my laptop to my computer at work.
