I just recieved my 4 'new' old books which I bought from eBay. They're in unbelievably good condition.
- Star Trek Maps - TMP Blueprints - Star Fleet Tech Manual (first print) - FJ's Connie plans.
And only for $50
Anyway.. a few comments (I bet more will follow as I have some more time reading stuff)
- Is that the AMT Enterprise model on the Star Trek Maps cover? It looks.. weird. - On the cover it says there are "Four Deluxe Wall Maps". I assume (hope) they mean the two sides of the two posters? There's two posters and the Introduction to Navigation in it.. But seeing as it all looks like it was printed last week, I don't believe I miss anything?
- Does anyone know how accurate those TMP blueprints are?

1. Yes, it's the AMT model, (poorly) airbrushed photo by Rick Sternbach, IIRC.
2. Yes there are 2 map sheets, printed back-to-back. From you description, nothing seems to be missing.
3. I personally know of only one error on the TMP prints---they don't include all the hatches on the underside of the saucer of the E-refit. (See here for what I'm talking about.) Consequently, the CGI model created for the TMP Director's Cut doesn't either.

Doesn't it also have the wrong number of little hatches (for the "fusion reactors") on the aft end of the impulse mount? Five of them, instead of the four that are on the model?

Which is weird insofar as the TMP:DE model goes, since they had the actual physical model as a reference.
