Yeah, he ended up living in the 22nd century on board Earth's first warp 5 starship. [Big Grin]

Man, that would be a neat series ending...seeing Al pop up (he's already shown that he's willing to do ENT [Smile]

), and then Scott leaps out, letting us see what Archer really looks like. [Big Grin]

You'll notice, they got the term "imaging chamber" from QL into Enterprise as Phlox's little CAT scanner type thing.

Just to clarify a few things about my first post...

I'm saying TNG beats any finale of ANYTHING - it's not specifically Sci-fi.

DS9 is my fav series - but the ending just... wasn't right... the reuse of footage - the complete bore that was The Fire Caves, The tacky 'memory' scenes.

The saving graces: Vic Fontaine, Kira and Odo and the spectacular pull-back from DS9 with Kira and Jake echoing "The Visitor".

I also loved the end of the BBC "The Chronicles of Narnia" Series.

I liked "All Good Things..." best. Mainly because the crew stayed together.

The Buffy finale was horrible. I wasn't even sorry that the show had come to an end. I felt almost relieved.

Due South and ER also had great finales, although I normally don't like sad finales.
