I got the 2005 Star Trek Stardate day-to-day calendar this past Christmas, and it's sitting here on my desk. For the most part, the pictures are just nice shots of the cast of all the shows. Today's picture, combined with the note on the calendar saying it's International Women's Day, just struck me as... odd. The picture is of Dr. Bashir in the middle of an empty room, tied up to a chair.
"STATISTICAL PROBABILITIES" Dr. Julian Bashir (Alexander Siddig) is literally tied up by Dr. Loew's genetically accelerated charges.

I guess it's fitting: girl power and all that...

"International woman's day"? How does that work? And why is it the day before "national give up smoking day"? (There's a joke in there, somewhere.)
-------------------- Yes, you're despicable, and... and picable... and... and you're definitely, definitely despicable. How a person can get so despicable in one lifetime is beyond me. It isn't as though I haven't met a lot of people. Goodness knows it isn't that. It isn't just that... it isn't... it's... it's despicable.
