Fuck when Kirk was born- he's been forcibly aged, poisoned, drugged, posessed, dimensinally displaced, lost his memory and split in two: I doubt the character has any idea when he was born or even what his shoe size is by TWOK. His best defense against Kahn's accuzations would have been "Sorry! I honestly forgot all about it!".

Don't forget that he's lived as an Indian, travelled through time like its nobody's business, was almost blown up inside the Starship Constellation and was trapped inside the body of a female.
