As far as I know, they are numbered like so worldwide, but most fans are oblivious to the numbering system since most live in the U.S.

I just broke the bank yesterday to get DS9 7.10, and I still haven't gotten around to seeing it. That's what you get for having two 3-hour labs on a Wednesday.
