Somewhere on the internet i saw something that hinted at the name of the pilot episode and it said "First Crew" can anyone confirm this

I don't think so. Most sources say the first episode will be called 'Broken Bow'

Just about everything is confirming that the pilot episode's title is "Broken Bow." It's listed that way at the Internet Movie Database, confirmed by the producers, confirmed by various Trek news sites, etc. I have no idea how someone could come up with "First Crew" being the pilot's title. Of course, the promos do say that this is the "first crew." ::shrug::
