And it should still be backed up by some reliable source.

I mean, I could say "Marina Sirtis has been saying that they're going to produce an X-Rated version of the new 'Star Trek: Dark Passions' books from Pocket," but that wouldn't make it believable.

And Jonathan Frakes hasn't been saying anything of the sort, anyway. This is just some rumour that appeared at some con. Therefore it probably IS a con.
