Does anyone know if they are having a 35th anniversary TV special? If so, when? I haven't heard anything yet.

Well I'm glad someone said something about it
I don't watch UPN, or much TV anyways. All I watch is Enterprise once a week and the occasional movie or documentary or something, so I knew nothing about this...

All this hoopla seems rather bizarre considering that the 35th anniversary of Star Trek's premiere was last September, and we are getting rather closer to the 36th anniversary?

The 35th season ends in a month and a half. And c'mon, they don't have to drop their pants and have an uber-celebration every 5 years. There'll probably be stuff at 40, and 50 (assuming Trek is still kicking around in 2016-17, which would really be one for the record books )
