Hey, I don't think that the security officers would be that trigger happy to shoot Seven especially in her outfits...
Neelix on the other hand, his cooking could get him the death penalty.

I think that Chakotay and Torres will be pardoned , Torres will probobley be given a position at SF Engineering so that she can work on all those cool gadgets Voyager brought back from the Delta Quad like the Quantum Slipstream drive , the Docs Mobile Emitter and stuff .
Chakotay might get his own command but he will most likley stay with Janeway if Voyager is sent back out.
Seven will probobley be studied for a while then she will try to find some of the Hanson Family maybe a Cousin or somthing .
I think the Doc will be given a starfleet commission rank Lt or Ltcmdr , he will probobley be installed on all SF ships with the exception of his memories and stuff those will be his and his alone .
Kim better get a promo or he will probobley go postal .
Tuvok might take over for Chakotay as XO of VOY if he leaves the ship or is givin his own command
Neelix if he isnt shot and killed by the fashion police will stay on Voyager .
Janeway will be promoted to Admiral or Commdore , Voyager will probabley be her flagship .
or maybe while on the way back they get into another wormhole and they get sent back to the delta Quadrent like and it could be like Gulligans Island in space :-)

I don't think the former Maquis crew will receive any sort of disciplinary action--I don't think the issue will even be raised. I'd imagine some would leave Starfleet, and those that stayed would be given regular commissions.
Regarding Seven: Starfleet's more likely to study the Doc's summer line than anything else. I don't think Seven would take too kindly to being studied, and between Doc's records and Cargo Bay 2 Starfleet will have more info than it knows what to do with.
While I've hoped for the Doc to get a commission for a while, I don't think Starfleet is going to start giving rank to sentient holograms until they know what happened to make the Doc the way he is. Lewis Zimmerman is probably going to get to spend some quality time with the Doc's logs at the very least.
No comment about Kim.
Yes, if Chakotay left Voyager, Tuvok would be next in line for the XO slot, seeing as he's second officer and all.
IMHO, Neelix would be about useless when Voyager gets back home. He gave out as a guide a long time ago, and once Voyager's in Federation space replicator reserves won't really be an issue. I'd like to see him open up a chain of restaurants on, say, Vulcan. They'll love him there.
I'd imagine Janeway would remain a captain and CO of Voyager. If there's a Voyager movie, she'll be assigned a mission that requires her "unique abilities", namely that of creating shuttlecraft and photorps out of thin air.
You know, it's been at least a year since I've heard someone refer to VOY as "Gilligan's island in space". I can't say I've missed it.

In regards to Seven, it seems unlikely that they could find out anything new from studying her that they haven't already learned from Locutus, and all the drones brought back from First Contact.

I'm sure that Starfleet Medical would make some excuse to *examine* her...

Do you think that Seven of Nine will remain in StarFleet? I'd like to see Seven as an ensign or probably a lieutenant. I mean she is fluent in StarFleet's protocols and stuff....right? Kim has been an ensign for wayyyy to long. Though I'm not crazy about the Kim character, but I think he's pretty good. They should give him a promotion or something like that. I love Tuvok. I love all Vulcans. If anyone on Voyager deserves a promotion, it is Tuvok. He has the wisdom, the age, and the knowledge. He should get promoted to commander. With all the experience and knowledge Tuvok commulated over the years, he is, in my opinions, much better than Chakotay. It is Tuvok who should be XO, not Chakotay.

Seven hardly seems like the traditional Starfleet type. She's certainly both knowledgable and capable, but does she have the innate desire to explore that is so important? Or, does she have any desire to do the more mundane Starfleet tasks, namely defending the interests of the Federation?
On the other hand, it is difficult to think of any other place in UFP society for her. I would think it will be a long time, even with lots of counseling, before she can fit in with the everyday civilian life of the 24th century.
It's an interesting legal and moral question, actually. Is Seven an adult?

I'm thinking that Seven would become a liason officer, a Borg specialist, or something else for the Federation. As for her being an adult, she is one both mentally and physically. She just went through an emotional trauma, a kidnapping.

I agree with Prakesh... Seven would make an excellent cross-over character for the new series, especially if it is about Section 31. (That is, as long as they didn't use her like some Ms. Gadget... "Go go Borg Personal Shield!")

I have to disagree with Seven being an adult, mentally. Assimilation essentially froze her personality for...however long she was assimilated. Look at how she reacts to things. The blustery front of the Collective only serves to hide her emotional extremes. When she's angry, she throws what amount to Borg tantrums. (Though in a very cool and controlled manner...inherited from the Collective, I'd imagine.)
When we do see the true Seven, her reactions are innocent and childlike. In "The Raven", for instance, when she flashes back to her assimilation.

I agree with Sol. I think the real Seven is still this innocent little girl that's so terrified of what's going on, that she relies completely on her Borg 'education'. Certainly the knowledge of thousands of species and the horrors of what she's witnesses have matured her a little at least superficially, but I think she's still trying to figure out how to cope. Look how much she seems to like Naomi. I think they will relate more and more as Seven explores her lost childhood.
Neelix may wish to try his hand at full time ambassadoring. Chakotay may go on some spiritual journey for a while, looking up some of the gravesites of his Maquis friends.
A Janeway reunion with Mark would be cool. A slap in the face and a raised knee, and off she goes =)

Hello everybody! Today I'll be sharing my recipe for Leeola Root Soup! Mmmm. This dish proved a particular favorite in the Delta Quad. And speaking of the Delta Quadrant, look who's dropped by to help stir the soup...Captain Janeway....
