There have been several conversations before concerning this before. Some have stated that although only five crewmembers are present at Janeway's discipline meeting, that was because they had all held a rank on the Equinox, like ensign, and could be demoted, whereas others that were beamed aboard couldn't be demoted, so they didn't have to be present at that 'ceremony.' However, I think there is a sixth, at least, Equinox crewman aboard Voyager. I think this has been overlooked - if not, and someone has pointed this out before, I apologize for not remembering. To the point, just before Voyager catches up to the Equinox at that one planet and captures Lessing, there is another Equinox crewman in a red uniform with him. We know he didn't return to the Equinox - so, he has to be on Voyager. That means the total number of Equinox crewmen on Voyager is at least six:
Lessing, Gillmore, Morrow, Tassoni, Sofin, and unnamed-red-uniformed-crewman-abducted-from-planet-and-not-at-meeting.
I'd day this may indicate the presence of several more crewmen that weren't at the meeting but are still on Voyager. What do you think?

I don't think it really matters, because honestly, I don't think that we will ever hear mention of the equinox crewmembers again, this show has no continuity, if you would like to see a great sci-fi show, that is what voyager should have been, watch a tv show called FARSCAPE, it is a fantastic show. It takes place in the 20th century, and an astronaut is testing out a slingshot like method of space travel, and gets caught in a wormhole, he gets thrown to the otherside of the galaxy amidst tons of aliens, he joins up with a bunch of wrongly accused/punished escaped convicts, in a living ship! It's a neat show, have you seen it, or heard of it?

Instead of watching Farscape, how about I just hit myself in the back of the head with a mallet while watching Sesame Street? The end result will be the same.
