Star Trek Universe has uploaded a UPN Trailer for the final 4 episodes of Voyager this season, and it is full of some great scenes. I'll give you a run down of what happens:
Vidiian Ship firing on Voyager Bridge crew getting knocked around Explosion inside Delta Flyer Vidiian Ship coming in above Voyager Massive Docking Anchor lowering from Vidiian ship Small Shuttlecraft-type ship flying ahead of Voyager Seven, Janeway, Tuvok, and Kim beaming out of a Borg ship 3 Borg looking around with their lasers Seven getting knocked down by an explosion on a Borg Ship Voyager firing torpedoes Vidiian Docking Anchor clamping down on top of hull Voyager flying past a nebula Seven being "repaired" by a Borg Drone Massive explosion, someone being engulfed (no clue who) Another Vidiian Anchor ripping off Voyager's hull on the side of the saucer Young Kes morphing into Old Kes Janeway saying "Intruder Alert!" Kim and Neelix helping Tuvok, saying "We're abandoning ship!" Two Borg walking into an explosion Seven kissing some alien male The EMH and Zimmerman looking up Troi standing next to the EMH saying "You're both jerks!" Two Borg firing phasers in Voyager's corridors Tuvok with Kim firing a phaser rifle in a Borg Cube Two Borg getting hit by phaser fire, but their shields appear Borg Queen Ship with 3 Cubes flying past Beauty Shot of the Borg Queen Borg Queen saying "I have to pay them a visit" 3 Borg walking down corridor Voyager firing torpedoes at Vidiian ship Two Borg examining severed Borg Head Janeway firing a phaser rifle Seven attampting to hit the Borg Queen Borg Queen catching Seven's arm Klingon stepping in front of Seven Torres trying to knock away a Borg with a phaser rifle Borg Queen turning toward a drone Another Borg drone Tuvok getting hit by a Borg across the face Borg grabbing Janeway and inserting nanoprobe tubes while she screams(!!!) It's at the end. And it looks great, but beware the great big red reset button. Janeway will be assimilated but somehow in the season 7 premiere the Doctor will unassimilate her.
But how are the Viidans involved? Voyager left their space a long time ago.

Not only Janeway. Roxanne Biggs Dawson actually confirmed that her character B'Elanna Torres is also being assimilated. There is even a 3rd cast character being assimilated.

What's interesting is that in the scene where Deanna says, "you're both jerks!" you can see one of the walls over her left shoulder under construction and an old fashioned ladder!

The Vidiians in the promo also don't look like they're cured of the Phage, so I'll let that comment stand for itself.

I don't think that ladder is a blooper. It's arched, and looks futuristic to me...
