In the Bible, there is a mention to travel time.
A ship departs from Alpha Centauri and arrives at Arcturus a year later. The ship is traveling at warp 2. What is the calculated speed of this ship per hour? Per day? Per month?

Well, Warp 2 on the old scale was 8c. So he'd travel eight LY/year, which is 2/3LY/month, which is 1/6LY/week, which is 1/42LY/day. So a ship traveling at warp 2 could traverse a light-year in about six weeks.

Neither. I'm going by the Pompatarian measure.
Actually, I used this site to get my numbers for the amount of miles and kilometers in a lightyear. Then I multiplied those numbers each by 8 (because the distance traveled at Warp 2 by Omega's post is 8 times greater than at Warp 1). After that, I divided each number by 8675.76 (hours in a year) for the per hour measurement, by 365.24 (days in a year) for the per day measurement, and by 30.43 (months in a year) for the per month measurement. Granted, my measurements are not going to be exact because I didn't adhere strictly to significant digits and the such.

Arcturus and A.C. are about 35.5ly apart, if I calculated correctly. So, if this is supposedly a two-year run, as mentioned in the ENT bible, the ship in question was going at a little under 18c.

But if it was a round trip, which I'm sorta getting from the context, then it was 35.5c.
