I suppose we could conjecture about what happened in the original timeline... It would have been interesting to see several years of the trip with three ships heading back to the AQ...only problem with this is, if it only took Janeway 16 more years to get back, she evidently found some more short cuts...the odds of her ever actually running into those ships are slim...
