I always thought that the Nova class was the bottom-left ship in these drawings. The bottom-right ship looks more like a concept-drawing of the Klingon Vor'Cha class.

Sorry, but...what stardate is it today? 52-something? These design elements are eight years out of date, that's too much for producers to refer to. They like cranking out brand new ships based on brand new designs; the guys even had a hard time keeping the Enterprise-B an Excelsior, that's how big the pressure is for new and sensational.

I think the Sovereign, Intrepid and Danube classes too bits from all these ships...
-Sovereign nacelles, from top right -Intrepid Saucer section, from top left -Soverign Saucer section, from intrepid, from top left -Danube's, changeable sections from the bottom right -Intrepid and Soverign Engineering Section from the bottom left ship. (with rear shuttle bay etc.)
on top of Sovereign Intrepid and Danube, taking elements from previous designs, Galaxy, Ambassador , Excelsior, Constitution, Chakotay's Ship and Sydney classes.
