Here is a pic from the latest Communicator showing the Scimitar and Valdore in scale with the Enterprise E!
The Valdore is actually a bit shorter in length than I thought and the Scimitar is smaller (thankfully) than I thought it would be overall.
I am gonna dig building the Valdore in 2500th after we get all the views. [Wink]

They both look like very powerful, detailed ships. They outclass any Star Wars vessel in sheer meaness, and the CGI FX....while the S'ona ships in Insurrection were well-designed, they weren't filmed as effectively as those ships in the trailer.

Do you have any schematics of the shuttlecraft from Nemesis? It would be great to see those, John Eaves designs.

Anyone know the length of the larger ship? These Navy computers suck.

Boris posted the lengths off the Nemesis chart on the first page of the other thread. Again:

Sovereign 2250'
Scimitar 2920'
Valdore Warbird 1980'

Interesting that Eaves rounded up the Enterprise length from his original 2248'.

Every length has been rounded to the nearest ten feet, so it doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Good point. I suppose Eaves could've been trying to keep things simple for the VFX guys.

It's all that build up from re-painting the ship for each movie. [Big Grin]

Or it has new nacelles - explaining that refined 'block' or something someone was talking about! [Smile]

Also explaining the tearing up they were given in Insurrection.
