Is that a reflection of a light behind the camera?
The too-small-to-read-lists appear to be passanger-lists without any additional names, so the only point of interest is the ship name in the lower right corner.
Soongs ship could be the S.S. Wimavonawa (or something similar; the first four letters are WIMA, the last four NAWA. That all I got when I tried to work out the name. The registry doesn't appear to be NAR, but I could be wrong. Does the registry consist of 5 or 6 numbers?) pic 001: SS Adaya? NCS(or NAR or whatever)-24XXX? pic 000: SS Mavaia? That's the destination of the Soongs (pic 003), so maybe it was just copied?

Are those registries in the bottom right corner?
anyway.. here are my guesses
- S.S. Manila NM(? or NIM?) - 2~ - S.S. Adgya !? Google finds two equally unlikely meanings for Adgya.. an Argentinian candy distributor, and a Hungarian verb. - S. S. Wilma~~?
It's pretty much unreadable, and I don't think Photoshop will help.

I think its highly likely that all the registries begin with N, as they always seem to.
(As the point of any registry system is to distinguish different items, that doesn't make am awful lot of sense, but it seems to be what the Federation does)
