What are the dimensions of that ship. I tried looking at screencaps from the episode, and from "Shipment" but cant tell for sure. I estimated it it to be around 80 - 100m in Stratagem, but looking at it in Shipment it looked to be around 40m.

All I know is that, when it docked with Enterprise, it seemed an incredibly large ship to have a crew of three.

But seriously ... when you take into account the personnel on the Enterprise-D who were family members, or science support personnel, the actual crew (engineering, operations, security, medical, etc.) was probably about the same size as on the 1701-Nil. Fascinating.
