Plus, Helvetica is the best font in the world for ship signage.

The original model looks like a sharpened pencil with a bunch of stuff stuck on behind it. Hmmm.

What does "flight decks" mean? Is it referring to where the command center would be? I suppose the ship would need some kind of operations center for when the crew is... animate.

Well, presumably, the people onboard were supposed to wake up at some point. They might like to look outside.
