Yeah, this is from when Paris was shape-shifted into the guy from Frasier. The impostor was trying to report to Sickbay for a shift and didn't know where to go, so he was consulting a corridor map..

The part of the schematic highlighted in orange is Voyager's sickbay...on Deck 5.
