I found this at trekpulse.com:

Anyone workout what is written under the Romulan emblem?

The last thing under the Starfleet Logo is velocity: xxx C.

same with the Romulan one. The first line under the Starfleet Logo is USS Enterprise 1701-D - maybe we can work out what the Romulan Scoutship is called?

Did they mention Outpost Sierra 6 in the episode?

It looks to me (after some image manip) that under NCC-1701-D, it says either VELOCITY 779 C or .779 C. I can't tell if that's a background star or not. I suppose it would help to know what's going on in the story at this point. As for the scoutship, that's way too faint to make out, although if I'm right on "VELOCITY", it looks to be similar for the last line under the scout.

Yes, Outpost Sierra VI was mentioned in the episode.

I believe the Enterprise is moving to intercept at high impulse - which would make it .779C.

I might have to dig me out the DVD and see what I can see with zoom myself.

Cause if the Romulan red writing matches what is under the Starfleet logo - we may get a name and a registry for that ship.
