I stumbled upon an article about a free image enhancer that uses AI to do the 'zoom and enhance' trope from every movie ever - in real life. Here's the article: https://petapixel.com/2017/10/31/website-uses-ai-enhance-photo-csi-style/

To test it, I uploaded the Whispers desktop monitor list, the Measure Of A Man deploy status and that Sector Ipai okudagram from Aquiel. The article says the wait time is a couple of minutes, but right now the ETA is 3 days (!) for the enhancement to be done. I guess everyone is uploading their stuff right now. I'll let you know about the results, but if it works the possibilities are endless. [Eek!]

Tried it on the ST6 and a later TNG starship assignment chart and nothing useful occurred.

I know that sort of thing is largely invalid, but then the text on the camera lens in the test image *was* crisper. Worth a shot in the hope of being proven wrong.
